What my customers say about me

"If you need a private guide tour, then Yuki is the best choice for it. He knows lots of from Japan's history and he gave a perfect Imperial Palace for us and he escorted us to the Tokyo Station at the end of the tour. I can 100% recommend his guide for everybody."

"We went to Mount Fuji with Yuki last week, and we are so glad we chose him as our guide! Before the trip, we messaged back and forth about the cost of bus vs. train, and Yuki did all of the research to let us know which would be more cost effective. Our hotel was in the Okubo area (not where most easy-to-get-to Shinjuku hotels are), and he willingly met us in the hotel lobby on the morning of the tour. Yuki led the way as soon as we met him. Japan's train/bus stations could get confusing at times, so it was nice to have someone who confidently got us to where we needed to be. Once we got to the Mount Fuji area, Yuki noticed that the clouds were blocking the view of the mountain, and suggested an alternative to what we had planned that day so that we would be able to see it. We drove to the other side of the mountain, and he was spot on. He took us to a beautiful non-touristy lake, where there was only 1 other family doing some sightseeing and one person fishing. The best part - we could clearly see Mount Fuji. If we didn't have Yuki, who expertly knew to go around the mountain, we wouldn't have gotten to see it, and that was our entire reason for visiting that area. Yuki went above and beyond, and we were very appreciate of his efforts. We also got to see the ice & wind caves & the kimono museum. While walking to the ice caves, rather than walking on the street, as most tourists seemed to be doing, Yuki took us on a nature walk through a beautiful forest. This made our walk to the ice caves much more enjoyable. Without Yuki, we wouldn't have known to take that route, so we are grateful to have had a guide who knew the special parts of the area that weren't filled with tourists. Also, Yuki has mastered the English language, so no need to worry about any language barriers if English is your native language. We were very impressed with Yuki and this tour. I wouldn't hesitate to book with him again if we go back to Japan. If you are looking for a friendly & knowledgeable guide, Yuki should definitely be your choice. "

"My father and I were in Yokohama for a cruise. Since neither of us had been to Japan and neither speak or read Japanese, we decided to hire a guide in order to maximize our time. Yuki turned out to be the perfect choice. My father cannot walk long distances or climb stairs so Yuki took that into consideration when planning our day. He is pleasant to be with and was a pleasure to talk to. His knowledge of Yokohama is extensive and he went out of his way to make our day enjoyable. You will not regret booking a tour with him!"
